My goal with this breeding was to pair Legend's speed and sweet temperament with Baker's self-assured confidence and reliability. Legend can be a bit spooky and shy at times, so by mating her with Baker, I hoped to inject some stability and confidence into the start of my breeding program. Legend is my main leader, speedy, and is exceptional in harness, not to mention being my soul pup. Baker comes from Nature's Kennel, and he has been a steady force on Laura Neese's team for his entire lifetime, finishing several Iditarod and Yukon Quests along with countless 200-400 mile races. At the time of breeding, Baker was almost nine years old and still training with the A-team. He was the standout of an absolutely phenomenal litter that produced incredible dogs.
